Picture Taker

Picture Taker is an Android application designed to take pictures of cosmetic defects and store them into the database, along with the audit information. Pictures can be taken during the audit or at any time after the audit has been saved, just by entering the asset ID.

The stored pictures can be checked using the Workbench Manager, just by clicking on the defect code to which they have been linked. Up to three pictures can be attached to every defect code. The pictures can also be edited by using any picture editor, double-clicking on them.

The pictures can also be exported to a zip file, together with an Excel/XML file of the audit. Any person receiving the package can then click on the defect codes on the Excel spreadsheet, and the linked pictures will be shown.
